Wellbeing and Recovery College 

The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Wellbeing and Recovery College provides a wide range of free, recovery-focused courses and workshops to support individuals and organisations within the VCSE sector. Their training covers mental health awareness, wellbeing, resilience, peer support, and self-management skills. These courses empower VCSE staff, volunteers, and community members to promote positive mental health, support recovery journeys, and enhance service delivery.

The College offers flexible learning options including online sessions, face-to-face workshops, and co-produced courses developed in partnership with experts by experience.

Work Well Live Better

Work Well Live Better is a free programme developed in partnership by Worcestershire County Council Public Health and Optima UK. It supports organisations to improve staff health and wellbeing through expert-led training and guidance.

Join the Workplace Wellbeing Network to access: Free training, events & peer support, practical resources to boost staff wellbeing & retention, tailored advice through a health needs assessment, this fully funded service gives organisations access to mental health and wellbeing specialists, leadership coaches, clinical therapists, and more.
