Herefordshire Activities Together
Herefordshire Activities Together (HAT) is a network of VCSE providers working collaboratively to develop specialist support, and accessible community activities for people of all abilities, for public benefit.
We work together to ensure equitable choice and quality in all local services and activities. We facilitate opportunities to develop new projects and partnership working, including for joint funding where appropriate. As a collective, HAT aims to use our combined experience and skills to inform and influence key stakeholders and public bodies including the Integrated Care System, promoting co-production to build stronger services for those we support. This will facilitate opportunities that enable people to become more active members of their community, supporting health and well-being thereby reducing need for acute services.

Systems for Change: Driving Social and Economic Development
One of the four key purposes of integrated care systems (ICSs) is to help the NHS support broader social and economic development. For many people working in local areas – in the NHS, local government, VCSE sector, business, academia and finance – this objective presents an exciting opportunity to change how we work together, and with people and communities, to create a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives.
