Apprenticeship Levy Transfer
Find out what the apprenticeship levy is and the options for transferring your apprenticeship levy funds to another employer.
Working across systems, employers can transfer apprenticeship levy funds that support communities and staff.
A standard placement agreement will ensure compliance with NHS recruitment standards and simplify apprentices' experience in different workplaces.
The levy can be used creatively to support the wellbeing of staff or provide apprenticeships to others in the workforce.

Learning support funding for apprentices with learning difficulties and disabilities – Guidance for Training Providers
The 2024 – 2025 Apprenticeship Funding rules came into effect for apprenticeship starts from 1st August 2024.
A change in the 2024 – 2025 Apprenticeship Funding rules widens the availability of the flexibilities for lower-level English and maths qualifications for apprentices who have a learning difficulty or disability.
Following a positive pilot, English and maths flexibilities have been extended for apprentices who have learning difficulties or disabilities but no Education, Health and Care Plan, so that they can study a more suitable level of English and maths.
The Department for Education has produced guidance to support training providers in assessing the needs of these individuals and how decisions should be made and evidenced.
