System Leader Connect

• We are launching an exciting new programme and community - System Leader Connect - to bring together senior leaders from across partner organisations and sectors in Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System and to provide opportunities to learn, grow and make a difference for our local population together.  Come and join us!

 

• Applications are welcomed from senior leaders in all parts of the health and care system in Herefordshire and Worcestershire (including social care, local authorities, NHS Trusts, ICB, public health, university, GP & primary care settings, voluntary, community & social enterprise sector, care homes, hospices etc). 

 

• Successful applicants for our 2025 cohort will complete a two-day face-to-face induction programme comprising powerful insights from leading, nationally recognised thinkers on system working and system leadership in a health and care related context – these are taking place on 5^th Feb and 12^th March 2025. 

 

• On completion of this induction, you will join our wider System Leader Connect community for Herefordshire and Worcestershire – joining colleagues from a 2023 Senior Leader connect programme – and opening up access to an ongoing programme of face-to-face workshops and conversations on ‘hot topics’, networking, and potential opportunities for shadowing, action learning and projects across the ICS.  You will help to shape this ongoing programme offer - to focus on priority areas for you and for Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICS.
