ICS Peer Group Coaching Supervision

Peer group coaching supervision is a collaborative process where coaches come together in groups to reflect on their practice with peers, to share their experiences, and to provide mutual support.

The ICS peer group coaching supervision sessions are two hour online sessions which we run regularly throughout the year to support the coaching practice of qualified coach colleagues across the Integrated Care System (ICS) in Herefordshire and Worcestershire

Sessions can be attended by qualified coaches from any organisation or sector within the ICS who would like to explore areas of their coaching practice with peers. 

Sessions are facilitated by a peer group coaching supervisor, and all participants will actively partake in the coaching supervision process to support your own coaching development and the development of your peers. 

To make the most of the coaching supervision session, please bring with you something to share and explore with colleagues from your own coaching practice and experiences.  This could be:

-       Something that has gone well in your coaching

-       An experience in your coaching that you have found tricky

-       Something you have noticed and/or are curious about in your coaching practice

Please also bring your fantastic coaching skills of listening, questioning and compassion and respect for others, and a willingness to learn and support the development of others.

Below are the upcoming dates available for virtual peer group coaching supervision.  These are open to qualified coaches working in and offering coaching within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System. 

-       Monday 9^th December 2024 (14.00-16.00)
