I have the opportunity to coach colleagues formally and informally around work experiences and their feedback is really positive about coaching and the difference about how they feel about their work-lives.’

‘Being able to provide someone with genuine interest, the time to allow someone to talk about goals, aspirations and actions is encouraging and motivating and the department is benefitting from this.

Coaching is not only for the workplace, the course is personally challenging. I feel that my self-awareness and communication skills are really improving allowing me to be a better manager improving my job satisfaction and also with my personal life goals. As the benefits of coaching are becoming clear, others are now expressing an interest developing their own coaching skills which will be really beneficial to our department'.
