ICS Coaching & Mentoring Hub

Welcome to the ICS Coaching & Mentoring Hub – a collaboration between Social Care, Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise, Local Authorities, Primary Care and NHS organisations across Herefordshire and Worcestershire

  • Welcome to the ICS Coaching & Mentoring Hub – a collaboration between Social Care, Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise, Local Authorities, Primary Care and NHS organisations across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Our shared aim is “To provide a shared and inclusive approach and system for colleagues across the ICS to access, implement and evaluate coaching support”.

Work is currently underway on developing a Hub where colleagues can be matched with qualified coaches across Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICS, depending on what you would like to achieve.  We have a proposed launch date by Autumn 2024.  To find out more about the ICS Coaching Hub, take a look at this video of a recent Coach Information Session and associated slides.  More information coming soon…

Calling all qualified coaches in Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System!

    • Are you a qualified coach working in health, social care or the VCSE sector in Herefordshire and Worcestershire?

    • Might you be interested in using your coaching skills to support colleagues across partner organisations in Herefordshire and Worcestershire?

    • Would you like to be able to access development, peer support & supervision to support your coaching practice?

If so, our new ICS Coaching Hub for Herefordshire & Worcestershire could be for you!  We are in the process of setting up a new coaching hub for colleagues across the ICS.  Our aim is both to provide access to coaching for colleagues across all organisations and sectors in the ICS (VCSE, social care, primary care, hospices, NHS etc) and to support your development and practice as coaches.   To join the Hub, we are looking at a proposed commitment for coaches of at least 12 hours of coaching per year, likely split across two clients.

Like to find out more?  We ran some informal information sessions during April for any coach qualified at a Level 3 or above who might be interested in joining our brand-new ICS coaching hub.

Already interested in joining the ICS Coaching Hub?    You can express an interest by completing the short online form which can be found here and we will keep you updated on progress and next steps with the hub.
